i found the hotel provide excellent service. the staff was always available, very helpful. every request received immediate attention. the room was clean, well kept, it had comfortable furnishings. the hotel's location was superb for easy access to attractions.
i faced minor inconvenience due to limited elevator access. during peak times, waiting was longer. it impacted efficient movement within hotel. addressing this issue would enhance guest experience.

Decent Stay, but Issues Noted

central locationwarm roommissing amenities
The central location provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
My room was too warm, and I found the noise disruptive. This greatly impacted my rest. I had arranged for champagne and a card to be in the room upon arrival to celebrate an engagement and birthday, but those items were not there. I had to ask for them again later, and THAT diminished the special occasion.

The room included a large bed and excellent room service, SO convenient. Food delivered to the room was great. It was equally good in the restaurant.
The doormen seemed too busy talking, they ignored us upon our arrival. It really spoiled the first impression.
