The super clean bedrooms really impressed me! I loved the Lir Chocolates. Such a great touch. Breakfast was excellent with a fresh smoothie selection! I thought the gluten free range was amazing and included dietary options.
The hotel was very large. Therefore, I had a bit of a hard time navigating it at first!

Every staff member I encountered was friendly! The lady cute us to breakfast even gave us a tour. She showed us where everything was. I thought that was so nice. The check-in process was very quick.

The hotel's location near the theatre was amazing. Getting an Uber to Grafton Street was also very easy. The Bord Gais Theatre was literally around the corner. Spencer's Dock Luas Stops were within walking distance.

The location suited us perfectly for exploring local attractions. the room had a balcony overlooking the river, and it was so romantic. breakfast impressed us with a wide selection of foods. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit.

The room lacked thorough cleaning. I found several hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. The climate control was ineffective, the room remained too warm despite adjustments to the thermostat. obtaining assistance from the reception desk required excessive waiting times.
