The room had crisp linen and a very comfortable bed. The hotel included a Nespresso machine and provided nice toiletries. I found a good-sized pool in the super clean spa area. The jacuzzi offered wonderful views.

The room had some issues. The bathroom layout was poor and there was missing grout. It was hard to get into the bathtub because of its design. I almost slipped, The scatter cushions were inside the wardrobe. I expected better attention to detail. It was disappointing.

i booked a room for my anniversary! the grounds are so manicured and perfect for walks i really appreciated the fine views of the lough from the bar area i enjoyed the wide selection of wines and the lovely menu the bar offered the location is perfect near the train station into belfast city centre

The views across the water are amazing and the grounds are a treasure. The hotel interior is presented immaculately and retains its charm. I appreciated the vegan cooked breakfast (lots of non-dairy options for drinks!). The staff was professional.
