The hotel grounds look pretty good, even if it rained every day.
I tried to get room service after a long day. Nobody answered the phone after I called, like, five times.

bathroom layoutmissing grout
The room had some issues. The bathroom layout was poor and there was missing grout. It was hard to get into the bathtub because of its design. I almost slipped, The scatter cushions were inside the wardrobe. I expected better attention to detail. It was disappointing.
