I loved the hotel's convenient access to public transportation. It made exploring effortless. the modern room had amazing tech features, especially the automated curtains. isabel at the spa desk was so helpful. She assisted with every request. the food was amazing!!!

The hotel provided very good access to nearby attractions. O'connell street was only a short walk. i also noticed how close connolly station was, which makes arrivals and departures very easy, offering seamless connectivity.

The staff was attentive to every need and request i made. ruben, in particular, offered really good assistance with directions and recommendations. i found him to be helpful . I really felt cared for.

The spa looked new and clean. It provided a tranquil environment for relaxation. the gym was equipped with modern machines and equipment. The workout area was well kept. i also noted the high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

the interiors was freshly renewed, so delicate. every corner sparkled with a gentle care. the breakfast was a blessing with so many option, like little jewels laid out before me. the staff were such a joy, always ready with a soft word.
the trains passing by created quite a disturbance, it almost reminded me of i was being rushed away. the room felt smaller then the pictures i'd seen. the lack of free spa access, that a sting, like not recieving a love letter.

Check-in was simple and quick. The breakfast offered a diverse choice of foods. The location had easy access to transport services, positioned just across from the hotel. All members of the staff showed pleasant and professional demeanor.
The morning noise due slamming doors was quite disturbing. A cleaner entered my room before 10 AM without a prior knock. I find this quite a lack of consideration who wish to sleep in.

the location was acceptable near the train station.
The air conditioning was loud. it didn't effectively cool the room. this was a problem, especially on the 8th floor with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sun. it might be less of an issue in winter, i guess.
