great location early check-in stiff bed needed paint
the location was fantastic. i walked everywhere easily. also, i found the early check-in perfect after my travels. i was able to drop my bags and begin exploring almost immediately!!!
i had a couple of small issues. the room could benefit from some minor painting. the bed felt a little too firm for my liking.

the room was clean on arrival. i appreciated the spaciousness of the room. the bed linens felt luxurious and were clearly of high quality.
The gym equipment felt a little outdated. A refresh might be due. THE breakfast area could get quite crowded during peak hours. the lack of readily available parking was inconvenient at times though I understand space is limited.

really good tips warm welcome personalized attention perfect housekeeping
concierge david provided really good tips and knowledge. kate at reception extended a warm welcome upon my arrival. i particularly appreciated adilson at breakfast, who ensured all guests received personalized attention. the housekeeping staff also maintained my suite balcony impeccably.
the air conditioning wasn't working optimally, made temperature control a slight challenge.

the hotel boasts a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a business center provides computers and printing services. complimentary high-speed wifi is available throughout the entire hotel.

i stayed in a family room. it offered ample space for luggage and movement. the room included a king bed and a separate seating area. the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
the in-room safe deposit box required some effort to program.
