apple gave a comprehensive tour of the hotel and seemed genuinely passionate. it was.. acceptable.

They refused to stop at my floor! also, finding anyone who knew where the stairs were seemed like a quest. maybe they should invest in a stair-finding dog.. or just, you know, signs.

the room I got was NOT what i expected. i booked a PREMIUM double queen, but the room felt old. the phone in the room only worked SOMETIMES, and when i called for service, it was slow. this wasn't the experience i hoped for, i'm disappointed.
