charmed experience

spacious room clean room helpful staff
we stayed in a beautiful family room for 2 nights. the room was very spacious and was very clean. there was 4 water bottles and 4 towels each supplied. the restaurant in the hotel is good and the staff is very helpful too.
to access the thermal suite even as a guest of the hotel you have to pay an extra fee of 20€ and you only get access for one hour, not very conducive to relaxation. i was very surprised to be asked to pay extra for my latte at breakfast. in general the hotel does not feel like a 4 star hotel.

the hotel sits close to a scenic lake, which provides a great backdrop for a morning walk. several local shops are a short drive, offering convenient access to necessities. the area appears well maintained, which gives it a nice atmosphere.

our room featured two queen beds, ensuring everyone had enough space. the bathroom includes a separate shower and bathtub. we found the provided toiletries quite nice. the room was cleaned daily to a satisfying standard.

missing amenities loud music
The room was acceptable.
I had issues with the room. I was told the room would have certain amenities. Those were not present upon arrival. There was loud music playing late into the night. I had not been informed about this beforehand.

fantastic stay

spacious room helpful reception face miracle knotty neck
i stayed for a wedding. the room was spacious. the food was amazing!!! jessica at reception was helpful. magella did a miracle on my tired face and knotty neck. i am definitely checking dates for my next visit.
The shower was nearly too hot. I couldn't get it cooler, so i skipped showering.
