Mixed experience, service could improve

limited menuchipped paint
I found some issues that need addressing. the restaurant experience was underwhelming as staff seemed inattentive. i had to request table service multiple times. furthermore, the room service menu was limited, and the quality of food did not meet my expectations. i also noticed the hallways needed better upkeep. There was chipped paint and worn carpeting.

Excellent City Stay

central locationconvenient restaurantsmall pool
The location is central, near shopping and the river. The on-site restaurant provides a convenient dining option. I found the room very clean with comfortable bedding. The bathroom included a rainfall shower.
The pool was smaller than expected. I had anticipated a larger swimming area for recreation. The gym lacked a sauna, disappointing.

The hot tub was out of service. The sauna reeked of mold. It permeated out to the pool area. The pool itself proved very small. Kids were diving and splashing. They made it even smaller.
