warm welcomeattentive teamfull body massagevoucher issue
it was such a special stay with my sweetheart. when we arrived, we received such a warm welcome at reception. i found the staff to be very friendly and always ready to assist. the sionna spa was a dream, and clodagh and her team were attentive. i enjoyed several treatments, including a full body massage by ella, followed by a blue lagoon bath.
during our stay, i encountered an issue with a voucher. i tried to use it for our evening meal, but it didn't work. this was disappointing as it was a gift and caused some confusion at the time of payment.

A Relaxing Getaway

fresh selectiongarden viewhard working staff
The breakfast had a fresh selection of items. The room provided a lovely view of the garden. Staff members were both helpful and hard working. The beds were very cozy.
The room was a bit of a trek to get to. There was no clear separation between the bar and the dining area. Tables are set for dining at all times in the bar, feel like having a drink in a restaurant. Tables should only be laid when food is ordered

Satisfactory Stay at the Hotel

The hotel staff was friendly upon arrival. The breakfast selection was abundant. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room (especially the bathroom).
I found the dinner service to be somewhat slow. The bar lacked a clear separation from the dining area.
