I really appreciated the reception staffs' efficiency, especially fabiola and francesco, they were very helpful. i enjoyed the early opening of the spa. the cortado at the coffee bar was delicious. The barista did a great job. it was a very refreshing way to start the day.
the air conditioning switched off every couple of hours. this made maintaining a consistent room temperature somewhat challenging. it required frequent adjustments during the night.

high quality pastries were available at breakfast each morning. the breakfast also included varied fresh fruit. i found the coffee very flavorful and a great addition to breakfast.

the room was modern, clean, and equipped with good amenities. i liked the complimentary bottled water. the bed was comfortable but quite high. the shower provided plenty of hot water.

the cleaning staff did a very thorough job. simon helped carry bags. benjamin offered helpful advice regarding drinks and provided dinner recommendations. he shared stories about his journey from croatia.

The room had touch buttons for the blinds, lights, and bathroom door. A mirror with touch button lighting was great for applying makeup. I loved how quickly the staff brought up toothpaste when I asked.

i found the hotel's location convenient, close to major attractions yet nestled on a tranquil street. the room i had included modern amenities and a wonderfully comfortable bed, ensuring restful sleep. everything looked clean, contributing to an overall sense of well-being.
the provided instant coffee packets did not quite match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

The hotel is very modern. Rooms are neat with daily housekeeping service. The breakfast offered a big variety of food choices. The wellness area includes a jacuzzi, a sauna AND a gym.
The hotel turned out to be cashless, inconvenient. I had planned to pay in cash as using a credit card overseas carries extra charges. Staff was not exactly friendly. They were DEFINITELY not helpful with information on where to go.
