Excellent Hotel Experience

The room was quiet , and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast included many choices and the view from the restaurant was lovely. The location is good , a short walk to the beach and a reasonable walk to the train station. The hotel looked new , and the rooms were nice.
The air conditioning in the rooms was not great.

The rooftop restaurant and bar offer views overlooking the Mediterranean , and every staff member delivered really good service. The champagne tasting experience was nice , especially the attention to detail in the beautiful tasting room.

The hotel's location is excellent , offering easy access to many nearby attractions. It is only a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to local dining , shopping , and other points of interest.

I found a friendly staff. I got a late checkout. I also appreciated the fine view from the floor six restaurant. Waitress Elina and waiter Yousef were helpful. Smiles were present.
My stay presented a minor problem. The allocated room was a bit small.

Elina at breakfast was so kind she made each morning special her warm attitude really made my day. I also appreciated that the suite was so comfortable it was like a home. Housekeeping kept the suite super clean they were very attentive each day.

The hotel includes a spa and a gym so there are opportunities to relax and stay active. The rooftop restaurant provides a wonderful place to have both breakfast and dinners. I admired views overlooking the area.

The hotel restaurant is on the sixth floor providing a wonderful view during dining. I enjoyed the view from the terrace restaurant and the breakfasts were fantastic. The restaurant manager provided some recommendations about the region.

The rooms feature a modern design therefore they are quite pleasant. The hotel rooms include comfortable beautiful rooms with sea views. Rooms are luxuriously outfitted and quiet so sleeping was restful.

the room cleaning left much to be desired, dust was under the bed.

a mixed experience
small roomfirm bed
the room i received felt smaller than expected it barely accommodated my belongings i had two small suitcases it was challenging to find space to open them fully the air conditioning was not effective the room struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature even with adjustments i found this quite disappointing. the bed was firm this made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep i have seldom encountered such a hard mattress i hope they consider softer options .
