i appreciated the helpful reception staff. the hotel's location is very close to the walking street and promenade. the breakfast buffet offers a nice selection until noon, including fresh bread and pastries.
i noticed the hotel advertisement showed photos of a beach, but the hotel lacks direct beach access.

The location of the hotel proved very convenient. I appreciated being close to many attractions. The breakfast service was excellent, with great variety. The staff who handled the luggage were particularly helpful.
I found the gym equipment rather old, and I wish it was updated.

the lobby decoration looked like an art gallery. the hotel design features white walls and white marble floors , with stylish architecture. breakfast included a large buffet , available until 12h.
the spa can not really be called a spa , because it is only a swimming pool without proper ventilation.

the rooftop pool was amazing. the staff was attentive and friendly! the location was great, near the train station and tram stop. we received a complimentary bottle of prosecco, a nice touch.
The small window in our beautiful room faced another building. No natural light entered. minimal facilities were available. the lack of natural light was disappointing.
