a perfect home away from home

i found the staff helpful and lovely this created a cute atmosphere. the room was super clean with comfortable furnishings. the location was excellent it was close to all the main attractions and public transport links. i was also impressed with the breakfast selection with a variety of local foods.
i did experience some noise from adjacent rooms, which affected my sleep slightly.

the hotel is situated very close to grand bazaar and major sights. it is also conveniently near the main metro line , made exploring easy. the hotel is in a quiet street adding to its charm.

the hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport making arrival smooth. i found the presence of a turkish bath a good bonus. the availability of tours at reception was really convenient so i could plan my sightseeing easily.

the staff are attentive and friendly. they willingly assisted with directions and recommendations. the team ensured my stay was stress free. they are also quick to respond to any requests to improve the guest experience.

the location was perfect for exploring the main attractions i could easily walk to topkapi palace and hagia sophia breakfast offered many choices and it was a great turkish buffet the staff was helpful and accommodating especially with arranging airport shuttles the room had a fridge which was very useful for keeping water cool
the soundproofing wasn't perfect i could hear some street noise at times but it didn't greatly bother me

I would return to this hotel if i came back. The hotel staff proved friendly and very helpful (especially with restaurant suggestions). The room seemed good-sized, thoroughly clean, and had a wonderful shower water pressure. I appreciated that the air conditioning worked well on a hot day. The breakfast buffet had numerous choices and included cheese, simit and olives.
The room i had faced the elevator shaft and i could hear a constant clinging sound. I could also hear water running from other rooms. The room needed better soundproofing. The entrance to the hotel had artificial grass carpets on the sidewalk.

Staff members were generous with their time and gave restaurant recommendations. I appreciated the airport transfer that i booked. There was also free coffee. The staff helped me with everything i needed.

The room included daily changes of sheets and towels. The provided fridge kept the bottled water cool. The air conditioning worked as expected. The room was kept clean and presentable.

The breakfast buffet included many choices for both Turkish and western tastes. There were eggs and cereal. There were also fruits, meats and other savoury options (especially olives!). Everything i tried tasted great.
