bad coffee poor service
the coffee was the worst i have ever tasted (and i've had some bad coffee!). i also found that the staff seemed to prioritize certain currencies during payment, instead of letting me choose. it felt a bit controlling. plus, the breakfast service was lackluster. i had to chase someone down for coffee, a real disappointment.

The breakfast service met my expectations with a very high level of service.
I found the shower setup disappointing. It was a shower over the bath. I would expect a separate shower for the price. This made it very difficult for my 77 year old mother to use. The room felt small for three people. My bed was a camp bed, it was not even a proper bed.

excellent service thoughtful gesture convenient location enjoyable breakfast
The staff provided excellent service. They thoughtfully provided a bottle of champagne to make up for a minor baggage issue. I found the location very convenient to the city walls. Breakfast on the terrace offered an enjoyable start to the day.
I noticed the absence of drawer space in the wardrobe making organization a bit challenging.

Breakfast offered many options and was delicious. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The hotel has great meals with attentive staff in the restaurant. I found this attention to detail to greatly enhance my stay.
