i found the location convenient for accessing the city and nearby attractions the staff were always available and ready to help with directions or any requests i had the hotel offered free parking which was useful the breakfast had a lot of variety with many options available each morning. i really appreciated the cleanliness and modern design throughout the hotel i also liked the quick room service.
the pool was a bit small i thought given the size of the hotel it was still enjoyable but more space would have been better

The room was not clean. there was hair on the floor and in the bathroom. It reminded me of no one cleaned before my arrival. the double bed was two single beds pushed together and it was uncomfortable.

The breakfast included a wide variety of options. I suppose that was acceptable.
The room cleaning was a bit questionable. i found a noticeable amount of hair scattered on the floor of both the room and bathroom (not my hair, mind you). the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. Sleeping wasn't the most comfortable.
