The new placements enhanced the atmosphere GREATLY. The food was AMAZING!!! There was a wide variety of dishes. Staff members were warm and professional. I found their attentiveness excellent.
The gym felt a little crowded at times.

The hotel has a prime location. It is close to local cafes and restaurants. Access to the sea swimming area is convenient directly from the deck area of the hotel, a great feature.

The hotel offers a smooth check-in process, complete with a welcome drink for arriving guests. Staff members are attentive, providing assistance throughout the stay. The sports bar manager were very good too accommodate my request and show a specific game.

The room itself was disappointing for a five-star hotel. it felt cluttered and wasn't well kept. the level of cleanliness wasn't great, either. I found the room rather messy.

The breakfast had many options I enjoyed. Shiba made me a delicious omelette every morning. The hotel has a pianist during breakfast on Fridays.
The check in staff was good I admit. I did notice the hotel looks dated in some areas. My sea view room lacked a line for drying wet clothes. there was no bottled water, just water filled in a glass bottle.

The hotel location provided amazing sea views from everywhere. I liked it. The breakfast had a great variety of food options available. The pool area had plenty of sun loungers, and I always found a spot. I appreciated the convenience of the valet parking service. It worked very well.

the staff were friendly. the beds were very comfortable and i slept well (i really needed that rest). the location was also great with fine views.
the gym was small. bottled water was provided instead of a water cooler, which wasn't ideal. i noticed there were some privacy issues on the balcony since guests above and beside could easily see across.
