a decent stay overall
room proximity super clean room beautiful view pool situation close sunbeds morning queue
i found the room super clean. it was also quite roomy. i liked that it was close to amenities (this made things easier). i appreciated the beautiful view (especially at sunset).
the pool and sun lounger situation was difficult. i observed a queue of people to get through the locked gates of the lagoon pool each morning. sometimes the sunbeds were so close together that people were almost touching (this was not ideal).

Good stay and facilities
friendly staff seafood restaurant beautiful scenery
The service was good. I appreciated the staff's friendliness. The food was really good, especially at the seafood restaurant near the infinity pool. I had lunch there twice. The hotel scenery is fine. Our balcony view was so beautiful. Each part of the hotel was spotlessly clean.
The weather WAS very poor, so there were no alternative activities provided inside.

The hotel has three pools. Sunbeds were always available at various times of the day. A beach jetty offers water sport activities. The hotel has an easy bus connection to the town.

The hotel includes a buffet restaurant with a wide variety of food. Restaurants served a good choice of food and wine. The food was hot and tasty. Lots of food IS available throughout the day from the bars.

The staff are great and nothing was too much for them. The service IS great. There was always a friendly staff member available at the beach and pool for taking drink and food orders. Special thanks to Jim.

charming holiday experience
refreshing flannel fine room diverse activity
the staff welcomed us with refreshing flannels and champagne upon arrival. we were able to access all the facilities immediately, even before the official check-in time. the rooms were fine, and there was a diverse range of activities available such as yoga and pilates. we found several beautiful spots around the premises.
the garden areas needed some attention, as they looked a bit untidy in certain spots.

Really good stay
attentive staff short distance really good food
I found the staff attentive. They consistently offered assistance throughout the premises. The food was really good at every meal, from breakfast to dinner. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport. The short transfer was a definite bonus.
The evening entertainment could get a little loud at times, especially from the beach bar. Its music carried throughout the resort until late. It was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise perfect stay.

The buffet at the main restaurant provided varied options for everyone. The quality of food and drink was comparable to that of fine dining establishments. Freshly cooked meats and fish were available daily.

The hotel had separate areas, providing enough distance so guests could feel alone if desired. Pools were well kept. The boat offered transportation to nearby areas. There were excellent views all over the hotel.
