the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay zahid at reception helped me get an uber to the airport i also liked the downstairs restaurants there are good facilities i found several dining options right in the building that was really convenient. the beautiful two-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean it was perfect for my family there was also a supermarket downstairs which was useful. i enjoyed the gym it had a good range of equipment

the washing machine did not have any detergent pods i had to buy some from the supermarket downstairs

the reception desk provided quick check-in the breakfast service was perfect staff were very attentive and accommodating to all requests creating a cute atmosphere for all guests that is fantastic.

breakfast offered many choices the restaurant staff were consistently kind the breakfast manager was helpful especially the man with white hair who made eggs omelets and pancakes the taste was amazing.

the hotel is close to the carrefour supermarket the location felt safe and secure restaurants are easily accessible downstairs making it very convenient for meals and also for buying groceries to use in the apartment.

the staff were nice. the apartment was spacious. it had everything needed for a comfortable visit. there is also a carrefour downstairs. i found it very convenient.

the deposit policy felt a little strange. i paid in usd and they refunded it in lira at a different rate. housekeeping didnt replace soap the first day. also, there was no detergent for the washing machine.
