The room I received needed some serious updates. The furniture looked pretty old, and I noticed some damage on the bathroom wood. It didn't feel like a 5-star experience. I had a minor injury (I tripped near the pool), and the hotel did NOT have a readily available first aid kit, i was quite surprised.

Our bosphorus view room was so great.. the spacious layout allowed for relaxation and enjoyment. i liked the attentive room service. A late-night snack arrived promptly and was wonderfully prepared. the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local dining spots, and it.
the limited availability of sunbeds around the pool area was a bit disappointing. it was difficult to secure a spot during peak hours, which slightly hindered relaxation plans. i hope there will be some solutions to ensure everyone can enjoy the poolside.
