the staff was very helpful, offering assistance with luggage and directions. early check-in was accommodated after my flight time changed. complimentary soft drinks were provided upon arrival, a nice touch after traveling. the area has many shops and amenities nearby.
The gym equipment was limited. I noticed only a treadmill and some free weights.

mixed experience with some drawbacks

i found the room smaller than expected it was definitely not the size advertised i felt cramped. the breakfast selection lacked variety it was the same every day. also the wifi signal was weak in the room i had to go to the lobby to get a stable connection this was inconvenient
