The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the large and clean rooms. It was my second time staying at this hotel. I recommend it for families. The hotel rooms are very good and the room service is also awesome. The best part of the hotel is the staff here, it is very cooperative and supportive. They give the best services available.
The swimming pool water was too chilly. The hotel requires a hair cover for swimming. You cannot use the facility unless you buy an expensive head cover from them.

The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I found a lovely cake and a kind letter provided by the hotel on my final night, a gesture I appreciated. The staff clearly put effort into guest experience.
The minibar made noise during the night, so I covered it each evening. This was somewhat inconvenient. The hotel requested a security deposit upon arrival, despite me paying in advance. I found this requirement absurd and a little frustrating after a long journey.

The hotel has a well maintained spa, and the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. These facilities looked to be diligently managed. There is also a luggage assistance service available needing help with their bags.

the fridge wasn't cooling correctly i stored snacks in it.
