I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. It was well kept. The location was also very convenient, right next to Taksim Square. Plenty of food options were available near the hotel. The tram station nearby was useful.
The room was rather small, a bit disappointing. I also had some trouble with noise at night. Sounds from other rooms were easily heard. There was little sound insulation.

the location was excellent. it was so easy to walk to many attractions and find great restaurants. the room was well kept with comfortable amenities. i especially appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, including mr elyas and ms. ayda (they were very professional!). i found the breakfast to be delicious with great variety. i also enjoyed the view from the terrace while eating (especially in the mornings). the team kept everything well-stocked and clean, which i appreciated. the reception staff made check-in and check-out easy. mr sefa and mr umut were fast and professional. i found them to be very attentive to my needs and polite.
the room was a little smaller than i expected.

the breakfast was acceptable with a decent variety of options.
Upon arrival, the room assigned to me was not the 'beautiful city view room' i had booked. it faced an inner courtyard offering no view at all (i found this unacceptable). furthermore, the bathroom sink drained very slowly. It was almost clogged. despite reporting it, the issue remained unresolved .
