Really good Service and Great Amenities
warm greeting comfortable lounge breakfast options
Burak greeted me warmly at check-in. Deren and Ayburk made sure I was comfortable in the lounge after I settled in my room. Breakfast offered many options I enjoyed.
I noticed that the employees standing outside gave guests some awkward looks as I entered the building. I found this a little unprofessional.

friendly staff central location corner suite uphill walk infrequent shuttle inconvenient schedule
the staff was super friendly. the hotel was centrally located so it was easy to get around. my room was a corner suite, and it was very specious.
i stayed at the hotel for a couple of days. it is close to taxim square, but its a walk uphill. the hotel offers a shuttle, but it only runs once an hour. this made it inconvenient.

clean room special dish poor bar poor coffee shop
the room was quite clean. yasin at the front desk was courteous. murat, the chef, prepared a dish that met my medical needs. (i really appreciated that!).
i noticed the staff could use further training. service at the bar seemed lacking. the service in the coffee shop was also poor.
