i found the reception and concierge staff excellent. murat, the concierge, was particularly kind and helpful. i liked the upgrade to the suite, a lovely surprise, especially for my son. the staff provided us with a packed breakfast for our early flight, appreciated.
i found the curtain in the room too short so it did not block out the light completely. the fridge made noticeable noise though it did get the drinks cold. i also noticed hallway doors slammed loudly, disturbing me during the night. there were no chairs on the terrace to sit outside.

Resul made my check-in smooth. The front desk super nice team. The suite had ample space. The suite featured all necessary equipment. I liked the BEAUTIFUL view.
There were predominantly Turkish TV channels available. More international options would enhance the in-room entertainment.

Gamze was a SUPER manager. The staff were always smiling and ready to assist. Talha from the front desk helped me with check out. His professional manner added to a pleasant departure.

The hotel provides valet parking for a fee. I could book a taxi through the hotel. The process worked well and was seamless. The breakfast was good to start the day.

Really good Stay at a Wonderful Hotel

The hotel offered premium facilities, including a private gym and a nice pool. The valet service was very helpful, offering quick assistance with the car. The reception staff, especially Rim and Resul, were very nice and helpful. I received extra water, very much appreciated on arrival.
The curtain in my room was too short and did not block out all light. It was somewhat disturbing.

The front desk staff and the security team were kind and cute upon arrival at the hotel. Gamze from the Front Office were great in. Mr Bora and the rest of the staff provided warm service from drop off to checkout.

The rooms were well kept, comfortable, and well-prepared . My room was spacious and fresh with a nice view from the terrace. The beds were super comfortable, helping me to get a good rest. There was also a kind, professional lady doing the room service and cleaning.

The buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of fresh, well-presented options catering to different tastes. The sport and spa zone staff were kind and well-educated. The private gym and pool facilities met all my needs during the vacation and added value to the stay.
