decent stay with shortcomings
ventilation issue poor juices
the hotel location was acceptable. it was near the tram station.
the room's ventilation proved a major issue. i found almost no fresh air circulation, i had to choose between opening the window and enduring heavy road noise, or turning on the air conditioning. breakfast quality struck me as poor too. the juices tasted almost undrinkable, a real disappointment.

i stayed in a superior room. it was spacious and had plenty of storage space, perfect for my needs. the hotel also provided a luggage storage service (which i really needed).
the main issue i had was the poor breakfast. the selection was limited, and i had to pay extra for fried eggs (i found this odd).

the location was quite useful, with a tram station nearby. the staff at the reception was helpful with directions. my room had a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. the housekeeping service maintained the room well .
I found that the soundproofing could be improved. I could hear street noise at night. this sometimes disturbed my sleep.

Pokiza, the cleaning lady, did a great job. She kept everything very clean. the beds were also comfortable. I slept very well. abdullah at the front desk was very helpful. He answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. the breakfast had a good variety. I always found something i liked!

The hotel is near many tourist attractions. several public transportation options are also available directly outside. This made getting around quite simple. the t1 metro station is right in front of the hotel.

The rooms were clean. Nilufer from housekeeping did a good job. my rooms, 411 and 704, had comfortable beds. I rested well. the rooms also had all necessary toiletries. I didn't need to buy anything extra.

Really good Service and Central Location
warm greeting clean room diverse buffet central location
During my visit, the reception team's service stood out, Abdalla greeted me warmly. My room included city views and was both spacious and very clean. The diverse breakfast buffet had options for various tastes. The hotel's central location allowed easy access to many attractions.
I found that some plug points in the room were not ideally placed for charging devices.

The hotel is very close to the tram station. It offered easy access to main attractions, this was very helpful. Housekeeping was consistent. I found the staff kind. The cleaning staff were professional.
