My bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. I had to keep the door closed. The ventilation system did not work. This resulted in a stuffy atmosphere. The room was also far smaller than the photos suggested.

The receptionist seemed reluctant to provide two keys for the room, which i found inconvenient. The breakfast options were a bit disappointing. I thought the food wasn't very flavorful. It seemed like the menu could use some improvement. The lack of variety was noticeable, and it did affect the overall dining experience.

the location was acceptable. it was central to many sight seeing locations.
The hotel is on a narrow road. The road is at the bottom of a very steep hill. you need to walk up the hill to get to the main square for public transport. the breakfast was very limited. It was probably the worst i have had in a hotel.

The hotel boasts a rooftop restaurant. This space provided a relaxing spot for breakfast. Staff members were polite throughout my stay. Live music on Friday evenings added to the experience.
My room felt small and cramped. The bathroom had a noticeable mildew smell. I could easily hear noises from adjacent rooms. This disrupted the otherwise peaceful setting.

The staff offered excellent assistance with my mother's surgery, showing very nice kindness. The room was quite large and it had an extra lounge area, useful. I found the air conditioning to be very effective in keeping the room cool. Luggage assistance from the taxi to my room was greatly appreciated and made arrival smooth.
The walk to the nearest tram station involves navigating a VERY steep uphill road.

The staff was kind. They helped me with directions and provided useful information. I found the rooftop restaurant offered great city views. The location allowed easy access to many historical sites. Breakfast included fresh pastries and a good variety of cheeses.
I noticed some street noise, particularly during peak hours (though the hotel provided earplugs).
