The dedicated taxi service was a real plus. It used a meter. Made getting around very reliable. The staff were always ready to help. The services, in general, were also amazing!!!
The mattress was soft. It lacked support, which gave me a sore back. The soundproofing wasn't good, so I heard a lot of sirens. The location close to the old town was very crowded. As a European, I didn't like that.

i just left after a short stay. the staff were friendly and efficient. the location is close to public transport options and local restaurants. the cleanliness and service stood out. i especially appreciated the complimentary room upgrade i received.
the tv remote in my room needed new batteries, which i had to request from reception.

The location provided very convenient access to transportation. The fitness center had modern equipment. My room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the varied breakfast buffet that included custom-made options.

the breakfast was good, it had plenty of options to choose from.
my room smelled a bit strange when i arrived. the air conditioning didnt work properly either, so i couldnt adjust the temperature. also, the promised airport pickup never showed up, and the concierge was not helpful in resolving the issue. i had to find my own transportation at the last minute.
