the location is convenient. it provided easy access to many sights i wanted to see. the hotel design was especially charming in both rooms and lobbies. the guest experience director greeted us with such thoughtfulness. i found this consideration so endearing.
i found the pool area was occasionally filled with noisy children. they were often without swimming caps. this made the spa area less relaxing than i anticipated.

The staff were very helpful . The gym has modern equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes. I liked that breakfast had various choices. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the room.
The pool was a bit cold and not that relaxing. I expected a warmer experience. The spa area could use some improvements. It was slightly disappointing.

the room included complimentary bottled water replenished daily and a minibar stocked with snacks and beverages. i appreciated the fresh flowers placed in the room upon arrival, it.
i encountered a slight issue with the room's air conditioning system. despite adjusting the thermostat, the temperature remained inconsistent, it was a bit bothersome. i hope they will ensure it can be better managed in the future.

The location was convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff was responsive to requests. The hotel connected to Gezi Parki. It offered a quiet escape from the busy city center.
The hotel charged extra for cappuccinos during breakfast. This was unexpected. I would have liked all coffee options included.

The front desk staff were always helpful. Coskun remembered me from a previous visit. The bar served very tasty cocktails. The breakfast buffet included many Turkish items.
