great location afternoon tea helpful staff missing carpets ventilation system unpolite employee
The hotel locate near Gulhane Park. It was a short walk from the tram stop. The tram took me to bazaar and western districts. Breakfast include many choices and afternoon tea was a great idea. The staff helps me a lot.
My room don't have carpets. I hear chairs move above. My room face the hotel's ventilation system. I don't have a view from my room.

The Double Room was super clean. I also found the location very convenient, steps from the tram station for exploring the city..
The rooftop terrace had limited seating. It was necessary to call the reception for service..

I liked how close it was to so many historical places. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast had a nice variety each morning. They also provided complimentary tea in the afternoons, which I found to be a treat.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from guests moving around and talking in the hallway.

My superior room had ample space and a seating area near the window. I found the bed comfortable and the linens soft. The bathroom had modern fixtures and complimentary toiletries and were replaced every day.

The hotel offered a food tour, which I found AMAZING!!! The staff provided transit information and directions. They helped arrange transportation. They were a real gem.
