The room was not cleaned properly. i found dust everywhere. dirty cups were left unreplaced. The fireplace in the king suite was advertised, but it was inoperable.

the reception and check-in staff were super friendly i loved it. the spa exceeded my expectations and was spotlessly clean it felt great. the location is unbelievable i could get everywhere i needed to be easily.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited and quite repetitive honestly it wasn't really a true five-star experience.

the spa features a sauna and steam room it is so great. a modern fitness center includes treadmills and elliptical machines who want to exercise. the hotel offers complimentary high-speed wi-fi throughout the hotel its quite speedy.

the concierge service is available 24/7 to assist with travel arrangements i used this several times. daily housekeeping ensures rooms remain tidy and well kept this is super helpful. the multilingual staff can assist guests in various languages which is great.

the room includes a tv with international channels so fun. individual climate control is available in each room its great for setting your perfect temperature. blackout curtains are installed in every room i loved this.

The breakfast included various options. A gentleman at the concierge helped me, during the nights of my stay. The location was convenient. It was within walking distance of the Istanbul Congress Centre.
The towels had hair on them. I informed the staff, and they brought the same dirty towels.

i am SO thrilled with the amazing staff here! they was ALWAYS smiling and willing to assist. the hotel supplied a type c charger, a HUGE plus. the breakfast WAS also very delicious, i loved it.
the shower had a VERY bad habit of flooding the bathroom, it was quite annoying. the cleanliness could use improvements, it wasn't 100% perfect. the view from the room was just of a water tank, how boring!
