fresh fruitssegregated spaunfriendly staffmoldy carpet
the breakfast buffet included many fresh fruits. there were omelets prepared fresh. the segregated spa access was very helpful for me. there was a pool designated for women.
i found some staff to be unfriendly. the carpets throughout the hotel smelled consistently of mold. it was similar to molded cheese.

the location was good with tram and metro access nearby. local shops and restaurants were also easily accessible. rooms were spacious and clean and the facilities were nice. i found the staff to be friendly and cute.
the carpet had many stains. the towels had yellow stains too. a few towels were worn. i do not know why they are still using them.

service shortfalls detract from the experience

My recent visit had a few hiccups. the gym attendant seemed less than thrilled to be there. she mostly stayed glued to her phone. i also found it odd i had to ask for basic toiletries. The dispenser for shower soap was empty. instead of refilling it, they just left a bar of soap. not exactly five-star treatment.

Solid Choice for a City Visit

I found the location very convenient. It was close to the tram line. Access to major attractions was easy. Breakfast offered ample variety. I also used the spa. It was a relaxing experience, especially the sauna.
The carpet in my room had some visible stains. This detracted slightly from the otherwise pristine environment. It's a minor issue that I'm sure they'll address soon.

The staff provided quick room service. Water and tea arrived promptly when requested. Concierge was helpful with directions to local sites. I appreciated the efficient and polite assistance i received .

The hotel features a well-equipped gym, containing multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. The temperature controlled indoor pool allowed for enjoyable swims. The sauna and steam room provided welcomed relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

The room included two separate sinks in the bathroom area! a separate rainfall shower was a nice addition. Linens were of high quality, and the bed was comfortable. I found the room spacious and well kept.

The location was excellent, easily accessible by tram. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The linen was super clean. I appreciated the steam room, sauna, hamam, equipped gym, and temperature-controlled pool. The staff provided really good service, special thanks to Soner.
Some minor maintenance issues were present. A few areas needed fresh paint.
