The gym had enough equipment, so I can't really complain.
The hot water in the shower was a total joke. It alternated between freezing cold and scalding hot with no warning. the room service was very slow. A simple pizza took over an hour to arrive and was burnt, I swear it was. Then I couldn't even contact them to complain, the phone at the reception was never answered.

i stayed in an executive king room sea view. the room included a large bed and comfortable seating. the sea view was very nice. the staff accommodated a slightly later check-out at my request and i appreciated that very much.
The prices for spa treatments felt a little high. i did not experience them.

The hotel is near public transportation options. This made travel around the area convenient. the area felt safe and secure! it was also relatively quiet, a plus.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. there were many turkish specialities available! fresh coffee and tea were always on offer.

the front desk staff was always available and ready to assist with any questions. room service was prompt and efficient. the cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness in the rooms.

the fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines and free weights. the outdoor pool was clean and inviting! lounge chairs with umbrellas surrounded it.

i loved my time here! the room upgrade was fast after i spoke to reception. ms. ruya and hande from management was very kind to me. all the staff was great.
the minibar was empty in the room, which i found unusual for this type of hotel.

the hotel had a sport hall for exercising. it also include a sauna. the hotel is very well located, close to a bus stop at the bottom of the building and a metro station within a short walk.

the service was awesome, particularly the staff that was very respectful and caring. they arrange a vip setup for our special event. sinan bakir and aslisah provided an excelent service. the crew.
