The staff was very friendly. The receptionist provided information on buses to the city. The meal I had before an event was very good. It was served with a smile.

The reception area felt unwelcoming and resembled a nursing home. The decor felt outdated, with red carpets and wood paneling. My room was small. When I opened the door, I almost fell onto the bed.
