The family room was quite spacious. i appreciated the water station located near the bedrooms. It was convenient for refilling water bottles. the dinner in the bar was lovely, we loved the atmosphere there.
i found one of the staff members quite rude when i was ordering at the bar.

Really good Wedding Day Experience

We recently celebrated our wedding day. The grounds provided an amazing backdrop for our photographs, with beautiful scenery. The Bernish suite featured lovely decorations. Staff accommodated all dietary needs. Every guest complimented the superb food.
I noticed that the location is close to a busy road. The traffic caused some noise throughout the night.

fantastic stay

the hotel is very convenient near the motorway perfect for overnight stays when travelling i found the reception staff very accommodating i really enjoyed great service at the restaurant too the leisure centre added an extra bonus after a busy day it was lovely. the hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful especially the restaurant staff they really seemed to enjoy looking after people the food was very good too. the christmas decor throughout the hotel was lovely it created a very cute atmosphere i think it is a perfect place for all age groups to gather and stay.
the pool can get a little busy so it might not be as tranquil as you expect other than that i had a lovely stay.

Really good Wedding Venue and Relaxing Stay

the function room was beautifully set up for my wedding. amy was always available, everything proceeded according to plan and exactly as i had envisioned. the food was beautifully presented and delicious , with many guests complimenting its quality. the service throughout the day and evening was efficient , friendly , and well-organized.
i encountered loud noises throughout the night, including music and people shouting both inside and outside the hotel. the air conditioning in my room was not functioning, so i had to keep the window open, which exacerbated the noise issue. hoovering began early in the morning , disrupting the relaxing atmosphere i expected from a spa hotel.
