I was impressed with the super clean rooms. The pool facilities were also excellent. The staff gifted my children with Easter eggs on arrival, a lovely touch. When I requested toast for my son, the kitchen fulfilled it on a busy Easter Sunday afternoon. I appreciated the spacious rooms, beds, and comfortable pillows.
The price of wine at the bar seemed a little high compared to supermarket prices.

The hotel offers a great variety of gluten-free options, very important to me. The food in the bar and restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast service by Vaughan was passionate, he aimed to make everyone happy.

The hotel provides on-premise parking, a definite plus. The location was suitable to commute in and out of the city, this provided a pleasant stay away from the city noise. The surrounding area is very quiet.

The connecting family room provided generous space. It delighted our children. The waitress demonstrated kindness and understanding. She ensured our fussy eater son had a dinner prepared to his liking. breakfastS impressed us.
i noticed that the taps in the room seemed a little backwards, hot was cold, and cold was hot.

The breakfast dining provided an early option. It suited our schedule for airport travel. The breakfast team were polite, cheerful and helpful. They created a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy the meal and start the day.

I found the leisure center quite good. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna offered relaxation. There was also a gym with various equipment, though i did not have time to try it. Parking on the premises was complimentary.

the staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. food was very tasty. the pool was so warm, and i didn't want to get out. it was AMAZING!!!
