room upgrade late checkout friendly staff no assistance unfulfilled promise unsuitable room
The breakfast was really good with loads of choices. i got a room upgrade on arrival, a welcome surprise after my delay. the hotel looked nice and the staff were friendly. They arranged late checkout for me.
i was given a room that did not meet my expectations, so i requested a change. i was moved five times without any assistance offered for my luggage. a manager assured me i would be compensated, but i have yet to hear back regarding this promise.

city tax soft beds
The provided water each day was acceptable, so I can't complain.
It appears included for every other place in this city, but this one tacked on a large amount at checkout. The beds being soft gave me back pain. They were not good for my sensitive back.
