the room was spacious and modern. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, a quiet area contributed to restful nights. the hotel's proximity to the zoo and shopping made exploring convenient. i appreciated the breakfast, it offered a good selection of items.

The front desk seemed short-staffed. There were delays during check-in.

The provided water each day was acceptable, so I can't complain.

It appears included for every other place in this city, but this one tacked on a large amount at checkout. The beds being soft gave me back pain. They were not good for my sensitive back.
