adequate hotel stay
convenient location helpful staff great location limited storage dimmable light coffee maker
the location of the hotel was convenient. the front desk staff was helpful from check in to check out. ishan was super helpful.
the room had limited storage space. this was not ideal when occupied by two persons. i would have liked dimmable lights in the bathroom. i also would have liked a coffee maker.

excellent staff good selection room cleaning staff
The reception staff was excellent. Room cleaning staff were also great. Breakfast offered a very good selection. It was more than expected. I will look to book again in the FUTURE.

The hotel is central, great for accessing various parts of the city. I found getting around very easy. Many shops are nearby. Despite being central, the area felt quiet.

I was frustrated with a few aspects. The room cleaning was inconsistent. Despite my asking three times one day, my room was not cleaned. The staff at the front desk seemed unsure. When I asked questions, I often heard "I think.. " or "it could be.. ".
