This hotel sits right at the railway station. This offered easy access for touring. The soundproof windows REALLY helped me since I could see a train but didn't hear it. The bathroom was a good size and included a walk-in shower.
The staff was not very capable. I already paid for the hotel. The lady on reception took the full amount of the room plus extra on top for security. It took ages to explain everything and I had to show proof of prior payment.

the hotel location is excellent near the train station. it is a short walk to many interesting places. the breakfast offers a huge selection. the room was very comfortable.
i did not get a double bed as i requested. the hotel put a topper on the bed as an alternative and it resulted in me injuring my back. the staff were rude when i told them about my back issues.

The room was very clean and it was close to the train station. The location was acceptable.
The staff seemed undertrained. The receptionist did not quite grasp my request for a deposit refund. It took considerable time to explain and provide proof of payment and the refund took days to appear in my account. This situation caused much inconvenience during my travels. I found this lack of professionalism quite disappointing

The location was excellent. The hotel is very close to the central station. the spacious room was cleaned spotlessly each day, which i greatly appreciated. breakfast offered an extensive selection of delicious items, too (especially the omelets!).
the design of the lighting was not ideal. either all lights except the bathroom were on, or everything was off. it would have been great to have a softer lighting option at night.

the staff provided accommodating service, especially given the number of guests. the staff were helpful with directions and requests for extra amenities (i needed an adapter). the housekeeping team ensured a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

The location is undeniably convenient. The proximity to the central train station is a HUGE plus. The room I had was quite spacious. I also found the provision of tea and coffee making facilities useful.
I had some issues regarding the service. It took SEVERAL calls and a face-to-face request to get an iron. I waited seven hours for it to arrive. The delay was inconvenient. The staff at the desk were not particularly helpful.

I found the location convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The room I had was spacious. It had a modern design. The bed provided great comfort. I found the hotel's proximity to the main train station an advantage. This made traveling to and from the airport simple. The breakfast had many delicious options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. I will book another stay in the future. The cocktails at the bar was amazing. The bartender was professional and gave me several great choices for my taste.
I did notice the gym was slightly smaller compared to other hotels. It only had two treadmills.
