Acceptable Stay. Lacking Attention to Detail

I noticed the bar staff seemed understaffed. This made getting their attention difficult. The phone service to the lobby was not great. The ice arrived in a leaky plastic bag. The air conditioner did not seem to work properly, and the body wash was never refilled in the shower, it ran out on the first night.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. It included both cooked and continental options that suited everyone. The staff were polite and friendly. The location is a short walk to the Brandenburg Gate. It makes exploring convenient. I found the staff helpful.
The curtains in my room did not block out the light effectively.

comfortable bedgarden roomempty minibar
i found the bed in the room to be large and comfortable. we were also upgraded to a garden-facing room upon arrival, which i valued. the bathroom offered plenty of space and consistently provided very hot water.
I noticed the lack of a minibar in the room. It was completely empty. i also found that room service was unavailable 24 hours. private parties in the hall created disruptive noise during the afternoon and evening. This prevented me from taking time to relax.

The concierge staff seemed particularly excellent. They were knowledgeable. all room facilities met my expectations. I especially appreciated the lights in the closet and found the atmosphere to be relaxing. requests were fulfilled quickly.

I appreciated the location, with easy access to the Underground. I found the bed comfortable and allowed for restful sleep. The concierge was knowledgeable and gave helpful advice.
