breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options that catered to all tastes it was the perfect way to start our day
the front desk staff was arrogant it ruined my stay i paid for an expensive suite with river view and didn't get it nor any money refund i feel cheated by the hotel staff

i found my riverside superior room with forest view provided nice wellness access i appreciated the big selection at breakfast even arriving near closing time i enjoyed the staff i found them polite and professional. i especially liked the tidiness and glamour of the place that was really apparent throughout the hotel. i found room service attentive they always asked about extra coffee towels and sheets.
the pool was quite small making it slightly crowded at times.

the hotel features a modern pool area and a spa i observed many guests enjoying those amenities there were several lounge areas scattered throughout the hotel providing ample space for relaxation.

the hotel's location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions i noticed a funicular right next to the hotel leading up to diana observation tower i thought that was great. many shops and restaurants were only a short walk away.

the hotel restaurant presented well-prepared meals i saw the menu offered a fixed price option at the grandhotel restaurant the coffee shop provided a variety of delicious foods with both indoor and outdoor seating.

the room included complimentary nespresso pods with daily refills i stayed in a riverside premier room. the spa offered a sauna bio sauna steam and a relaxation room. breakfast included a very varied buffet in an elegant restaurant.
the pool was relatively small and felt a bit crowded at times

the staff was very helpful. the room had an in-room coffee machine and i found the bed comfortable. i enjoyed delicious breakfast in a charming room. there was a pool and sauna available .
i expected to find a lobby. apparently, there was no lobby in the first entrance.

The hotel features a spa with mineral water ideal for swimming. a salt grotto, benefiting from affordable treatments compared to prices in the usa. there are multiple restaurants and bars on-site offering diverse dining and relaxation options. It's quite relaxing!

The room had high ceilings and the bathroom was excellent. It included bathrobes, slippers, and ample toiletries in large containers. a pillow menu was available, allowing guests to select the degree of softness and material for their pillows which was a lovely touch.

The hotel's situation is perfect for exploring. One can experience how it reminded me of to stay in a historic grand hotel during the times of the monarchy. breakfast and cocktail bar were all amazing with great ambience, service and wonderful eats and drinks. It's great.

The breakfast venue, Malá Dvorana, offered a lovely atmosphere, with a traditional feel. Sparkling wine was served alongside the breakfast buffet, a touch I enjoyed. The Front Desk service was perfect, and all the staff proved helpful.
The spa was a bit smaller than I anticipated, and slightly hidden away within the hotel layout.
