The location was near the metro station, this made exploring very easy. the reception staff were happy to help and fantastic. The communal hotel areas were lovely!
Nice communal areas, but the rooms need attention. They are tired. i struggled to sleep on uncomfortable beds and poor-quality bedding.

I had a superior room panoramic city view. it included complimentary wine. The staff offered another bottle upon arrival. access to the metro is convenient for traveling to the city center.

i loved the breakfast it had many choices it felt five-star level there were over twenty gourmet cheeses available ice cream and marshmallows were present i used the spa and i thought it was an excellent addition to the hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful they helped. the christmas decorations added a festive atmosphere to the hotel they felt quite beautiful i found the bed to be very comfortable.
access to the pool requires going through a steep set of steps i didn't find it particularly accessible. robes available were not a great fit for taller men i think this may pose a challenge for some guests.

a train station is conveniently located just outside the hotel this makes traveling to different areas simple the metro station sits close to the hotel it enables quick transport into the city center in minutes.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. there was even a gluten-free table available, this was very helpful. the spa was also a plus, the staff cared for everyone there.
the air conditioning did not work well. when i called the front desk, they informed me they were fully booked and unable to do anything. the bed felt unevenly soft. i did not sleep well because of this.

I enjoyed the complimentary wine upon arrival. The room was very spacious and it was cleaned perfectly every day by housekeeping. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, SO everyone can find something they like. I found the swimming pool and sauna to be a great bonus. I could relax and unwind after a long day.
The gym equipment seemed a LITTLE outdated.
