The location was very convenient! I found the staff helpful and polite, and I appreciated their quick assistance with my requests. Breakfast featured a harp player providing gentle music, which I considered a very nice touch. Secure parking was available, though the parking was expensive.
I found the room to be quite far from the entrance, and there were steep stairs. This made managing my luggage difficult.

the room size proved smaller than anticipated for a twin arrangement. i noticed remnants from a previous guest. the receptionist mentioned efforts to change the room, yet no follow-up occurred. the location seemed a bit distant for walking convenience and is close to the train station

the staff were very polite and kind. i really liked the live music i hear at breakfast. the room was lovely and had a great shower, it was nice.
the spa closed. it happened right after our arrival, a real pity. the closure lasted the whole week, that was inconvenient. i found it strange that all facilities were closed, even the gym.
