The hotel location is convenient. It is less than a 3-minute walk from Václavské náměstí and about 10 minutes from the city center. I also appreciated the breakfast staff. They were very attentive (especially with the coffee refills!).

The air conditioning controls seemed ineffective. I set it to 20 degrees, but the room never felt cool. The room also had too much minibar stuff in the way, so I found the storage space lacking.

I liked the breakfast options. They were varied and fresh. The comfy bed allowed for restful sleep. The room size was MORE than adequate for my needs. The cute reception offered beverages and treats upon arrival.

The air conditioning did not perform as expected. It was set at a low temperature, but the room remained too warm. I hope they can address this soon.

Adela was very helpful with organizing the Nike team's offsite event, she was attentive and nice. The staff readily upgraded me to a larger room without any specific reason. I APPRECIATED it. They were happy to allow me to use the reception lounge after checking out.

Breakfast included many fresh options like ginger shots. I loved them. A la carte options, for example, eggs florentine, were included in the price. Fresh squeezed drinks, juices, and Prosecco were available EVERY day, what a treat.

I liked the hotel's location close to the train station and within walking distance of the city center. The fitness room and sauna were very clean. Breakfast in the garden was a highlight, I also enjoyed drinks at the monkey bar during the evening.

The hotel had no designated spot to unload luggage from my car. I had to manage it on my own. I wish the staff would assist with carrying bags.
