spacious room tasteful decoration lovely view poor cleaning basic standard broken elevator
the room was spacious, warm, and tastefully decorated. it had a lovely view of the river. it was perfectly equipped, offering everything i needed. the breakfast was delicious and very generous, with plenty of variety.
i found the cleaning service to be unacceptable. the room did not feel properly cleaned. basic standards were not met. the elevators were constantly out of order.

I found the breakfast very nice with loads of choices. prosecco was available for self-service. omelettes were made right in front of me. the staff was super friendly and really cared. imran. He were great.
the phones didn't work. every time i needed to communicate something, i had to go to the reception. the ac didn't work for two nights.

the hotel's location next to the river was superb. i had a cozy seat on the window bank overlooking the moldau. the breakfast selection offered an excellent variety of fresh options, catering to all tastes, and the staff were genuinely helpful.
