i received a spacious beautiful suite that was impeccably clean and featured excellent amenities. the location was superb (it's hard to beat!), allowing easy walks to main attractions. breakfast included delicious eggs benedict.
i found the lounge area could benefit from a more cute design.

the location is excellent, situated near the famous bridge. a tram stop is just 50 meters from the hotel, providing easy access to various destinations. the old town is also very close.

the hotel offers a sauna. the minibar was free and open, a very nice touch. the overall atmosphere of the place exuded charm (it really complemented the destination's vibe).

the location near major landmarks was acceptable.
the staff had different ideas about our arrival. our room was way up in the attic. i had to take an elevator to the 4th floor then walk outside to enter a steep staircase to our room on the 5th floor. dragging suitcases up the staircase was a nightmare.
