Decent Location, Disappointing Comfort

The apartment's location was acceptable, close to the city center.
The bed's firmness was a major issue, causing discomfort throughout the stay. The air conditioning system was centrally controlled and kept the room too warm for my liking. It made restful sleep difficult. I tried to adjust the settings, but was unable to change the temperature (I found this irritating).

the room was well equipped with high quality items. staff was friendly and helpful. breakfasts were great with a unbelievable variety of food that tasted delicious.

this hotel offers a beautiful apartment with an adjoining hotel across the street i found the reception staff cute upon check in and they ensured i had everything i needed the location is excellent with amenities right on the doorstep it was very peaceful i appreciated the daily cleaning service as a bonus
I noticed the entrance had about 20 carpeted steps. It might present a small challenge if you have a stroller or heavy luggage but it wasn't a significant issue for me overall

The apartment was modern and clean throughout. It had everything i needed for my stay the bed was comfortable and the shower was great i found a bottle of prosecco upon arrival which was a lovely touch

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay the check in process was smooth and efficient the staff went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. I particularly appreciated their responsiveness to my inquiries.

i visited the cafe twice and found all the staff to be super friendly and cute there were loads of cafes, shops and restaurants within a short walk the location made it easy to explore different dining options.

The apartment had a washing machine and a drying rack i found this super useful. I was able to do laundry easily the building itself is beautiful and secure. I felt safe throughout my stay.

the location is very close to many attractions nearby there are public transport stops all around the place most of the main attractions are within a 30 minute walk i found it easy to get around.

the apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette it made preparing meals convenient. the location was good since it was close to restaurants and supermarkets.
the bed felt very hard the sofa also lacked comfort. the apartment seemed dark i noticed a missing towel bar in the bathroom.
