room temperature cheeky service
The air conditioning was AWFUL. My room was uncomfortably hot. I struggled to sleep well. The shower had low water pressure. The bar staff's expectation of a tip, even asking for MORE after the initial tip, felt a bit presumptuous. I probably won't return due to these issues.

spacious room and great location

comfortable bed plentiful option good size room
the room was a good size and nicely decorated. breakfast offered plentiful options. the bed was comfortable. staff members were pleasant.
air conditioning was a nightmare, the room was too hot making it hard to sleep. the room had a bath with a hand shower that didn't have much power. this was not ideal for thick hair.

breakfast service was efficient. monika and her team worked hard during breakfast hours, providing an really good experience. staff was attentive, addressing guest needs promptly and efficiently.

convenient tram friendly staff easy exploration
The tram stop directly opposite the building was convenient. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed any questions. I appreciated the proximity to the castle. It made exploring quite easy.
The air conditioning didn't seem to function properly in my room, making it uncomfortably warm overnight.

tv problem soft pillows
The television in my room barely worked! youtube froze constantly, and sometimes the screen just went black. it must have been a wi-fi problem. also, the pillows were too soft for my liking. I prefer something with a bit more support. and seriously, charging extra for drinks in the mini bar? come on. at least i got a free adapter in the end, i guess, after they tried to charge me for one.
