convenient location twin beds delicious breakfast incorrect times preoccupied receptionist closed gym
the location was very convenient for public transport. it was right in front of the hotel. the room included twin beds and basic amenities. the breakfast was basic, but it was still delicious.
the gym had incorrect opening times posted (i wanted to go early). the receptionist seemed preoccupied. the gym was closed when i tried to use it.

acceptable stay with minor issues

air conditioning unchanged towels
the location proved convenient, being close to public transportation (i used the tram stop directly outside).
I found the room to be too warm. There was no air conditioning. a small fan was available, but it did little to alleviate the discomfort. the towels were not changed (four days).

The breakfast offered many options, including scrambled eggs and fresh bread. The room included a mini fridge and a writing desk. There was free wifi access across the whole building. The reception staff were polite and spoke English.
I thought the pillow was too soft and large. It caused my head to sink too deeply into the mattress.

a functional stay

great staff functionalist setting amazing pool uncomfortable bed big pillow pillowcase request
i saw great staff, especially jana, adam, and alexandr from reception. the cool 1930s design at the hotel was neat. the pool and sauna seemed amazing too. it all really worked well!
the bed wasn't too comfy, the pillow was too big it hurt my neck! i asked for another pillow but they had no other type. i also asked for just a pillow case, that didn't help much!

Central Location with Great Amenities

The hotel's proximity to public transport was beneficial I found a tram stop directly outside. The room was clean upon arrival it included tea and kettle facilities. I appreciated the gym access it had a variety of machines and free weights. The breakfast offered many choices it set me up for the day.
The parking fee seemed expensive even with the discount.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues

poor air conditioning low shower pressure
The room lacked air conditioning, and it became uncomfortably warm. A fan was provided. This did not adequately cool the space. The shower pressure was also quite low. It was difficult to rinse properly. Breakfast also seemed basic. There were limited options that catered to diverse tastes.

I stayed in a double or twin room for three nights.. the room included a safe for valuables and blackout curtains, a nice touch. the hotel is close to the bus station. Florenc is nearby.
