the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the location is great with almost all attractions within walking distance. i would stay here again. the service was also prompt and efficient.
the sauna access incurs a separate charge.

the hotel is in an amazing location, easy to travel around.
the room i booked was not the room i received, i got a smaller, cheaper room with a different view. staff was unwilling to address this issue and no one responded to emails. this is unacceptable in hotels.

The location was good, just a short walk to the main attractions.
I was really disappointed, the shower wasn't clean upon arrival. There was hair from a previous guest. Everything was extra. The extra costs added up quickly.

the location was REALLY convenient. i could walk to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful with my requests. the hotel maintained a clean environment and thats important to me.
the gym costed extra, fifty euros per hour, which i found to be expensive. the breakfast seemed standard, with not much variation in the selection of bread.
