i found the staff very helpful, especially majid and the entire reception team. the location is also amazing. i definitely plan to stay here again. the hotel is perfect for my needs.
the housekeeping skipped cleaning my room one day. the receptionist did not apologize and asked if i had the make up my room sign on. it was quite frustrating to deal with that. i hope they will fix this issue soon.

the design is unique , and the location is central making it walkable to major destinations.
i went to book trips from leaflets at reception , and i would have to pay an additional 10%. i refused and asked them to help me book and i would pay the venue directly. it is certainly not the behaviour of a hotel with that rating.

the location is perfect right in the heart of the city. the room was cozy yet stylish and i especially loved the spacious bathtub!!!
i'm conflicted and would struggle to call this 5. the reception is not 5 but room was beautiful and comfortable. housekeeping wasn't great. we had completely run out of toilet roll.
